Laughter
Its a fact. when infants aren’t crying, they spend 85% of their time laughing or smiling.
No this does not mean they think baby talk is funny, and they surely aren’t that amused by plastic key chains.
They are smiling because they know something.
They are Smiling because they just farted.
And it was hilarious.
